Watch the sunrise over Pere Marquette Lake and the sunset over Lake Michigan from the sprawling wrap-around deck that covers three sides of the home. It’s also a great location to watch Ludington’s S.S. Badger Carferry depart in the morning and return to port in the evening. The unique way the Badger drops anchor and spins in place is always a treat to watch.
The home features three bedrooms: a Master Bedroom with a private balcony, two bedrooms with full sized beds, and a fold down chaise in the sunroom. With these options, it sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an island, along with dishes, glassware, and table settings for ten people. There is a large yard and ample parking in front of the house that can easily accommodate parking for a large boat as well as several cars. A 100 foot dock onto Pere Marquette Lake allows docking for smaller boats and is also a great spot for fishing or just relaxing near the water.
Ludington offers many enjoyable activities and events during every season, and this home is the perfect place to stay while you enjoy all Ludington has to offer.
