If you like World War II books, we have many! This is our most popular collection of history books. We are always looking for World War II books to add to our collection and give you the variety you want. If you are interested in books on wars, check out our Civil War and Military history collections, too.
Everybody loves the Foxfire books and we have 1-12! If you are not familiar with the Foxfire books, and you are interested in old Appalacian life, you will love this collection! Learn how to tan a hide, witch a well, birth some babies, trade a horse and so many other folksy traditions!
For the outdoor enthusiast, there’s a good selection of hunting, fishing, wilderness survival and camping books.

Here’s what we are doing to keep you safe:
- Sanitizing surfaces, door handles, locks, keyboards, pens, etc.
- Sanitizing station has been set up for you.
- Placing your order into a new bag.
- A sneeze guard is in place around the staff checkout area.
- Hands will be washed frequently and sanitized between washings.
- If you have books to turn in for credit, I will be quarantining them for one week. You will not be able to use credit for those books until they are inventoried. Please bring books in a bag that you don’t want returned. I will not accept them if they need to be transferred into another bag.
- You will be required to sanitize your hands when you come in.
- The credit card reader and pens will be sanitized regularly.
- You will be required to practice social distancing (6 feet from others).
